א שִׁ֗יר לַֽמַּֽ֫עֲל֥וֹת אֶשָּׂ֣א עֵ֖ינַי אֶל־הֶֽהָרִ֑ים מֵ֜אַ֗יִן יָבֹ֥א עֶזְרִֽי:
ב עֶזְרִי מֵעִ֣ם יְהֹוָ֑ה עֹ֜שֵׂ֗ה שָׁמַ֥יִם וָאָֽרֶץ:
ג אַל־יִתֵּ֣ן לַמּ֣וֹט רַגְלֶ֑ךָ אַל־יָ֜נ֗וּם שֹֽׁמְרֶֽךָ:
ד הִנֵּ֚ה לֹ֣א יָ֖נוּם וְלֹ֣א יִישָׁ֑ן שׁ֜וֹמֵ֗ר יִשְׂרָאֵֽל:

1. A song to the ascents. I raise my eyes upon the mountains; whence will come my help?
2. My help is from Hashem, Maker of heaven and earth.
3. He will not allow your foot to falter; your Guardian will not slumber.
4. Behold He neither slumbers nor sleeps – the Guardian of Israel.
5. Hashem is your Guardian; Hashem is your Shade at your right hand.
6. By day the sun will not harm you, nor the moon by night.
7. Hashem will protect you from every evil; He will guard your soul.
8. Hashem will guard your departure and your arrival, from this time and forever.
